WOD:
Shoulder Press 1-1-1-1-1 reps
Push Press 3-3-3-3-3 reps
Push Jerk 5-5-5-5-5 reps
Then:
Renegade man-maker race to 30 (2x 25# db)
So I forgot how long that WOD takes so I didn't have time to run or stairmaster, so I did a quick race to 30.
