Monday, Oct. 5th

Day 5 of GOMAD!!!

The WODs for the rest of the month will be mostly focused on strength for Jeremy and I in our month of GOMAD. These will be some intense weeks! Let's get to the WODs!!!

Squat 5x3 (3-3-3-3-3)
Bench 3x5 (5-5-5)

WOD:

3 rounds of
10 Pull-ups
10 135# Clean & Jerk
10 Box jumps
